• You may request a refund for any digital content purchased on our site within 7 calendar days of the original transaction. Refunds will be considered if the content has not been significantly accessed, downloaded, or used. If the guide has been fully viewed or shared, we reserve the right to decline the refund to maintain fairness.

Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not prorated unless the content delivery was interrupted or incomplete due to technical issues.
• If a technical error occurred — such as incomplete file access, incorrect product delivery, or broken formatting — please contact us with your transaction ID, issue description, and relevant screenshots. Depending on the case, we may offer a refund, fix the issue, or provide store credit.

Any changes to monetization, game balance, or in-app purchase systems fall under the responsibility of the official game. For app-related payment problems, contact the relevant store's support team.
